Chad Visa for Indian Citizens

Documents Checklist

• Passport: Original passport valid for 6 months from the scheduled return and must have 2 blank pages.
• Visa Application Form: duly filled visa application form
• Coloured Photograph: 2 Photographs (35X45mm) white background, glossy finish, 80% face cover and not older than 3 months. Neutral facial expression, without glasses and all facial features visible
• Cover Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on their business Letter head for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead and others on the plain paper.
• Invitation Letter: Invitation letter from Chad to be mailed to the Embassy by the institution or inviting person
• Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return
• Accomodation: Proof of Hotel / accommodation, reservation in Thailand with contact number and address of accommodation.
• Day to Day Tour Itinerary: Mentioning details of places visiting
• Financial Document: Income tax return for last 3 years. Original bank statement for last 6 months with stamp and Sign. Pay slip for last 3 months
