A. General Documents

B. Employment / Business Documents
• Salaried: Employment letter, salary slips (3 months), ID card, leave approval• Self-Employed: GST certificate, business registration (Udyam/MSME/ROC), ITR (2–3 yrs), business bank statement
C. Sponsor Documents (if invited)
• Invitation Letter from host (full name, address, travel dates)• Passport/NRIC copy of sponsor
• Residency proof (if applicable)
• Sponsor’s bank statement (3 months)
• Utility bill / tenancy agreement

Not available for Indian citizens.
If you hold a valid visa or residence permit from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Schengen countries, Japan, Germany, or Switzerland, you may be eligible for the Visa-Free Transit Facility (VFTF) for short transits through Singapore.
