Documents Checklist

• Passport: Old passport if any. Original Passport which should be valid for the intended stay and must have 2 back-to-back blank pages for visa stamping. Clear scan copy of first and last page and previous travel history of current and old passport.
• Visa Application Form: Online filled visa application form
• Family Information Form: To be filled completely (without any blanks) and it must be signed by the applicant himself.
• Coloured Photograph: Without border. (Chin, nose, eyes, ears and eyebrows must not be covered).2 Passport size colour Photograph 35mm x 45 mm white background and 80% face cover
• Cover Letter: From the applicant on the Plain paper stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant.
• Financial Document: Original personal bank statement for last 6 months mentioning the Bank name and bank's telephone number. Income tax return for last 3 years
• Invitation Letter: From the invitee/host/relative stating the purpose of stay and duration.
• If Employed: 3-month Salary slip and NOC from employer.
• If Self Employed: Balance sheet of the Company or Partnership Deed. Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company. Articles of Memorandum (If Director / MD). Brief Company Profile
• Other Mandatory Documents: Aadhar Card Copy
• Note: Prior Appointment is mandatory once visa approval is received Passport to be submitted by two-way courier or personal appearance submission. Additional two-way courier charges would be applicable of Rs1669/- per passport. This is not applicable if applicant will go for submission personally
