    Documents Checklist

    • Passport: Original Passport with two blank pages and it should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
    • Visa Application Form:
    • Coloured Photograph: 2 recent passport size photographs (4 x 3 cm) with white background with facial features clearly visible.
    • Cover Letter: Original Covering letter mentioning the purpose of the visit, day to day agenda, job profile, work he is going to execute in Brazil during his stay and business activity in Brazil and must be signed by the signing authority with name/designation/contact no. to be mentioned below signatures. It should contain complete details of the Indian Company as well as the Brazilian Company.
    • Travel Bookings: Roundtrip ticket and travel itinerary
    • Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.
    • Day to Day Tour Itinerary: Mentioning details of places visiting
    • Financial Document: Company and Personal Income Tax Return for 3 years. Original Company’s and Personal Bank Statement for last 6 months till date mentioning the Bank’s name and telephone number clearly mentioned.
    • If Employed: 3-month Salary slip and NOC from employer.
    • Cover Letter: Original Covering letter mentioning the purpose of the visit, day to day agenda, job profile, work he is going to execute in Brazil during his stay and business activity in Brazil and must be signed by the signing authority with name/designation/contact no. to be mentioned below signatures. It should contain complete details of the Indian Company as well as the Brazilian Company.
    • Invitation Letter: Original Invitation letter should be duly notarized from the Brazilian Notary. On the letterhead of the inviting company with full name, email id, Contact number and should give the clear indication of purpose of visit, the applicants identity (e.g. name and surname, passport number) and the dates of the intended stay.
    • In Addition: 1. Original Yellow Fever Certificate is mandatory at the time of travel (Not required for visa processing however) 2. With Effect From 12-Jan-2015, The Embassy of Brazil has made it mandatory to upload the given below documents while filling up the online form, otherwise the embassy will not accept any visa application
