Documents Checklist

• Passport: Original Passport valid for 3 months after the intended stay and must have 2 blank pages
• Visa Application Form: A Visa Application Form that is completely filled and signed by the Applicant. (Use only one pen to fill the form; overwriting /using whitener is not allowed)
• Coloured Photograph: Photo to be uploaded on the online application form , Photo should be in 6000 X 6000 Pixels ( Max size 6 MB ) in JPG, PNG or BMP format.
• Invitation Letter: from the inviting company stating the purpose and duration of stay duly signed along with the signatory’s name and designation and company stamp
• Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.
• Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return
• Accomodation: Confirmed hotel reservation
• Travel Insurance: Should be valid for travel
• Financial Document: Evidence of Sufficient funds.Original bank statement for last 6 months with stamp and Sign.Income tax return for last 3 years
• Note: Kindly provide visa copy present or past from below countries if any UK and Schengen, US, South Korea, Japan, GCC Countries - Resident card only, New Zealand, Australia or Canada
