Documents Checklist

• Passport: Old passport if any. Original passports with a minimum validity of 6 months and 2 blank page for stamping.
• Visa Application Form: Application form filled and duly signed by the applicant.
• Coloured Photograph: 2 passport size colour Photograph 45mm x 35mm, not older than 3 months. Photo should cover 60 – to 70% of face with visible shoulders
• Cover Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on their business Letter head for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead and others on the plain paper.
• Travel Bookings: Roundtrip ticket and travel itinerary
• Accomodation: Confirmed hotel reservation
• Day to Day Tour Itinerary: Mentioning details of places visiting
• Financial Document: Original bank statement for last 6 months with stamp and Sign
• If Employed: NOC from the employer
• Other Mandatory Documents (Business Visa) : Letter of responsibility typewritten on the company letterhead is required and must be addressed to: Embassy of Algeria, Visa Section, 2/2, Shanti Niketan, New Delhi, 110021, India. Indian Company registration Certificate

• Note: Personal Appearance of applicant is mandatory for submission and collection of the application.

Business : INR 9700/- for 30 days Single Entry (DD), Logistic Charges : INR    1600/-
