China Visa for Indian Citizens

Documents Checklist

• Passport: copy of all data pages. Old passport if any. Original Passport with two blank pages and it should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
• Visa Application Form: Application form filled and duly signed by the applicant.
• Coloured Photograph: Two recently taken colour passport photos (full face, front view and bare head, size: 48mm×33mm, Photo should not be older than 6 months
• Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.
• Invitation Letter: From the invitee stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number , Purpose of visit, period of stay and dates with details of expenses taken care by. Invitation letter should contain company introduction, founding time, operation content, number of staffs and contact Number
• Invitee Documents: ID Copy of Invitee. • Trade license from invitee company. Copy of Certificate of Business Registration
• Other Mandatory Documents: Aadhar Card Copy

Note:

• A mandatory INR 2841 premium lounge fee applies. Applications will be rejected if required documents are missing.
• All details in the application form—such as information about the inviting person/organization in China, applicant’s employment or study status, and national ID—must be fully and accurately completed. Incomplete forms must be corrected online before submission.
• Visa applications via travel agencies require the agency’s profile (including establishment year, business status, and contact info) and a visa authorization letter from the main applicant. Both are mandatory.
• Business visa cover letters must include the applicant’s company profile (establishment year, business details, employee count, and contact number).
• Applicants in Delhi must provide colour copies of their visa application forms; black and white copies are not accepted.
• Both the covering letter and invitation letter must be addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy of the People’s Republic of China, New Delhi.
