    Documents Checklist

    • Passport: Original Passport valid for 3 months after the intended stay and must have 2 blank pages. Copy of all stamped pages of old and current passport
    • Visa Application Form:
    • Coloured Photograph: Two matt-finished, coloured photographs with white background. It should be an 80% face closeup and 35mm x 45mm in size. The photograph should not be older than 3 months. (Tip – Do not wear white-coloured clothes while clicking the photo).
    •  Cover Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on their business Letter head for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead and others on the plain paper.
    • Financial Document: Original personal bank statement for last 6 months mentioning the Bank name and bank's telephone number. Income tax return for last 3 years. Bank statement /passbook should be updated till date.
    • Travel Insurance: with coverage of 30000 euros or 50000 USD
    • If Employed: 3-month Salary slip and NOC from employer.
    • If Self Employed: Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company
    • Other Mandatory Documents: Copy of Pan card (Self Attested). Aadhar Card Copy
    • Invitation Letter: From the invitee stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number, Purpose of visit, period of stay and dates with details of expenses taken care by.
    • Documents from Students: School/ College Id card copy
    • Note: Soft copies required for all above mentioned documents.
