Documents Checklist

• Passport: First and last page of data pages. Old passport if any. Original Passport valid or 3 months from the date of travel
• Visa Application Form: Online filled visa application form
• Coloured Photograph: one recent photo (3 X 3 cm size, coloured with white background with no spectacles) scanned in JPG format.
• Cover Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of visit. For self-employed/businesspeople, the letter should be on their business Letter head for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead and others on the plain paper.
• Invitation Letter: Stating the purpose of visit, location & duration of stay. The letter should be in Spanish or English (letter only in English will not be valid). From the inviting company taking the responsibility for the visit and timely return to his/her native country The letter must include all details about the company and applicant.
• Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return.
• Accomodation: Confirmed hotel reservation.
• Financial Document: Original bank statement for last 6 months with stamp and Sign. In case of business visa Company bank statement required with seal and sign. Original bank statement for last 6 months with stamp and Sign.
• Invitee Documents: ID Copy of Invitee
• Other Mandatory Documents: Aadhar Card Copy. Documentary proof of professional/educational/technical qualifications
